Our services—including but not limited to local SEO, online reputation management, and Google Business Profile optimization—are strictly limited to public-facing digital marketing and do not involve direct interaction with patients or access to their personal medical records.

Accordingly, RepuMaster is not classified as a “Business Associate” under HIPAA, and no Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that no PHI is shared with RepuMaster through email, communication channels, website forms, or other data exchanges.
